Friendship Card {with Snowcone Gelatos & Texture Luxe}

Here's a card I whipped up the other day using Snowcone Gelatos and Texture Luxe...

Friends Card - Erin Bassett

To create this card I got started by applying Pearl Texture Luxe over a Mixed Media Stencil

Friends Card - step1

After that dried I rubbed Snowcone Gelatos  over it and then spread it around with a water.

I then took a baby wipe and wiped it off of the Texture Luxe since it acts as a resist.

While that dried I applied some to a white paper flower as well and also spread it around with water.

I mounted the card base onto a cardstock card (Stampin' Up: Not Quite Navy) and then stamped a sentiment from Hero Arts Live Life stamp set onto the same cardstock and then embossed it with Cotton Candy WOW embossing powder

Friends Card Pieces - step4

Once everything was dry I just assembled it all together.
