Scrapbook Layouts: My cute nieces

Happy Christmas Eve Eve and the first sunny day in CA in...gee, a week or more??!!!  The good part of the rain (& the fact that I got all my Christmas shopping done online early) was that I was able to have some time to create with the new Garden Party line!  I made a couple of scrapbook layouts of my nieces.  Love them both to pieces!!

Here's my little one year old niece...the photo was taken a few months ago.

Card: Tis the Season To Be Jolly

Cards are one of my favorite ways to use up scraps of paper!  Here's a simple Christmas card I made out of left over bits of Christmas papers and embellishments.

I'm trying to use up a lot of scraps in my December Daily album too.  I'm going to try to post some pics of that soon....promise!

Another Handmade Christmas Wreath

Erin_Bassett-TLC - Christmas Wreath2
The funniest thing about this wreath is that I made it back in April!  ...See, like I've said before, I don't get the chance to post about everything I make, LOL!

To make it I took some Imaginisce To Love & Cherish paper which had a white background and black designs on it and cut out a bunch of flowers with my Cricut and then sprayed them all with Forest Green Glimmer Mist.

Then I just pinned them into a foam wreath with red and green pearlized pins making sure they overlapped to cover all the white of the foam.

Christmas Cards

2010 Christmas CardI'm actually mailing Christmas cards this year!  -I used to be so good with doing it and then got too busy and decided to leave that off of my to-do list...but this year is different thanks to these cute photo cards from

They contacted me to try out their services and gave me $25 credit so I dug through our recent photos, found one that I liked, and then went over to their site and in about 5 minutes I was done!  Easy peasy!  The only hard part was finding which holiday card style I wanted to use!  I opted for the 5" x 7' post card.

It took about 4-5 business days for them to get to me, so if you're thinking about trying them out you better hurry up!!  (Oh, and if you want them to mail them directly to your mailing list they will!!)

And, for all you wonderful's a coupon code for 20% off your first order with them: CSHOLIDAY20
