Got Sketch 101: Challenge #1

Here's my LO for the first challenge the Got Sketch 101 classI'm taking...the class is SO fun & it hasn't even started yet!!  I love getting to know everyone on the class message boards & we just got a little treat too that's gonna be super useful!  The pix of my LO isn't the best since I took it at night with a flash, but it's pretty close to how it looks IRL.

Oh AND I have some exciting news...ok, it's only exciting if you're a SBer reading everyone else just stop reading now LOL.  -One of my BFFs, Janine, found the elusive Fiskers Threading Water punch for me AND she used a coupon so it was cheap!!  I love her!!

Just some cards

I made some cards this morning for a card swap that my stamping group does.  I've been stamping with these ladies from my church for years now & I'm so happy that we're getting together again on Saturday.

Sneak Peek

Peek I have SO many projects just stacking up waiting for me to do's crazy.  But hey, life could be a whole lot worse.  Anyways, here's a little sneak peek of a project I'm working on for Faithfully Yours, Dawn (the owner) has been gracious enough to allow me to switch from being a regular design team member to being more of a guest designer....I am so thankful for that since it means that I can deal with all the "life" stuff & still be creative.

Need to catch up & World Lupus Day

Logo I know I've been a really bad blogger...but life gets in the way sometimes & this is one of these times.  I will try to squeeze some time out to update all my crafty stuff this next week.

Today is World Lupus Day though, so think & pray for those (including myself) that struggle with this incurable disease.

NSD Weekend

6a00d8345174ef69e200e552188b6f88348My NSD (National Scrapbook Day) weekend is off to a bang....I won Jessica's blog drawing today....yippee, new itunes music, a book & water!!

I've started to sort & gather what I'm taking with me to Scrappin Good Times for their NSD Crop on Saturday and now my SB space is looking worse then ever, but at least I have an idea of what projects I'll attempt to finish.  I figure I should have all my little mini books from the last CKU finished up before I go to the one in Provo this August LOL.
